Ordering
How do I place an order?

Browse the website, select your product and colour, add to cart, and checkout. Payment is prepaid — we accept all major UPI options, cards, and net banking. For custom/name products: enter the name or personalisation detail in the checkout notes or input field.

Can I change my order after placing it?
For non-custom orders: if you contact us within 1–2 hours of placing the order, we can try to make changes before processing begins. WhatsApp us immediately at +91 84604 55909. For custom name orders: if you contact us on the same day as placing the order, we will do our best to make the change. However, if the acrylic name tag or personalisation has already gone into production, we may not be able to make changes. Contact us as quickly as possible.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We are currently an online-only brand, operating from Nadiad, Gujarat. All orders are placed and delivered through the website.

Can I place an order over WhatsApp or Instagram DM?
We primarily process orders through the website to ensure your details and payment are secured. However, for bulk orders or custom enquiries, reach out to us on WhatsApp: +91 84604 55909 and we can guide you.
Custom Orders
What information do I need to provide for a custom name bow?

At checkout, you will see an 'Input' field (we are updating this label — it will say 'Your Name'). Enter: the name to be printed on the bow. That's all we need — you have already chosen the colour and style when adding to cart. No font choice is offered — we select the best font for each product style.

Is there a character limit for the name?

We recommend names up to 10 characters for the best visual result. Longer names may be smaller or adjusted to fit. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us before ordering.

I entered the wrong name — what do I do?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+91 84604 55909) or by email. If you reach us on the same day as placing the order, we will change it at no charge. If the acrylic name tag has already been made (usually within 24 hours of your order), we may not be able to make the change, as the material is prepared specifically for your order. This is why we ask you to double-check before placing the order.

How long does a custom order take?

3–5 working days for production, after which your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email once it ships.

Can I get a refund or exchange on a custom order?

Custom and personalised orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. If your order arrives with a defect, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours — we will arrange a replacement.

Delivery & Shipping
What is the delivery time?

Standard (non-custom) bows: dispatched same or next working day. Delivery within India: 3–7 working days. Custom/name bows: 3–5 working days production + 3–7 working days delivery. International orders: 10–20 working days depending on destination.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We are a prepaid-only brand. All payments are processed securely at checkout via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. We made this decision because most of our products are custom-made to order — and COD does not work fairly for handcrafted products at our margins. If you have any concerns about ordering prepaid, chat with us on WhatsApp before placing your order — we're happy to answer any questions.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship all Bow Lab products worldwide, including custom name bows. International rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery: 10–20 working days. Note: you may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your WhatsApp number or email address after dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking within 5 working days of ordering (non-custom) or 8 working days (custom), contact us at +91 84604 55909.

Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards, and net banking. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Please record a short unboxing video as you open the package. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 84604 55909) or email (himanimakwana1805@gmail.com) with the video. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Complaints raised after 24 hours or without an unboxing video cannot be processed. This protects both of us.

The colour looks slightly different from the photo — can I return it?

Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings — this is standard for all online shopping. Minor colour variation is not grounds for a return. If you are unsure about a colour, WhatsApp us before ordering and we will send you a real photo in our current lighting.

Bulk & Gifting
Do you take bulk orders for return gifts or events?

Yes! We love doing bulk orders for birthdays, Navratri return gifts, wedding favours, and events. Minimum order: 20 pieces. Pricing depends on quantity, product, and customisation — contact us with your requirements and we will give you a personalised quote. Can I send a bow directly to someone as a gift?

Yes — enter the recipient's address at checkout. We ship to one delivery address per order. If you need bows sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
