Every Bow Lab product is handcrafted by hand in Nadiad, Gujarat. We put genuine care into every piece before it leaves us — and we stand behind that quality.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Record a short unboxing video as you open the package — this protects your claim.
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery at himanimakwana1805@gmail.com with the video attached.
- We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. We do not process cash refunds, but we do make things right.
Custom & personalised orders:
- Custom name bows, personalised accessories, and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you. These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Colours & display differences:
- All product photos are taken under natural or studio lighting. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device settings — this is standard for all online shopping and is not grounds for a return.
- Handmade variation: Because every bow is made by hand, minor variations in stitch, print placement, or ribbon texture are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.
